Scoop 2 Doo provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Service frequency, pricing, and service details are confirmed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, access issues, or policy violations.
2. Access to Property
By scheduling service, you confirm that Scoop 2 Doo has permission to access your property.
Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and clear access to the service area

Securing pets indoors or in a safe location during service

Ensuring gates are unlocked or access instructions are provided
If we cannot access the yard, the visit may still be charged.
3. Pet Safety & Behavior
Customers must inform us of any aggressive or reactive pets before service.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk

Require pets to be secured during visits

Cancel service without refund if conditions are unsafe
4. Service Conditions
Service may be affected by weather, lawn conditions, or seasonal factors.

Waste hidden by snow, leaves, or tall grass

Delays due to weather or unsafe working conditions
5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

Missed visits due to access issues may still be charged
6. Payment Terms

Subscription plans may be billed on a recurring schedule

7. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24–48 hours.

8. Liability Waiver

Injury caused by unsecured pets

Damage due to unsafe property conditions

Hidden hazards in grass or waste areas
By using our services, you agree to hold Scoop 2 Doo,LLC harmless from claims related to normal service activities.
9. Photos & Marketing
We may take photos of completed work for quality control and training.
Non-identifying photos may also be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
Customers may opt out of marketing use by contacting us.
10. Service Refusal or Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
